To keep the Launchpad entry cost low, we do not provide email hosting with this tier; it is designed for businesses who prefer to stick with their existing email providers. For higher tiers, we include one professional address (e.g., your.name@yourdomain.co.uk). Additional addresses can be added for £25 per address, per year.

(ii) First year Hosting Included

Your first 12 months of high-performance hosting and site maintenance are included. Afterwards, hosting renews annually at the following rates: LaunchPad: £99.99/year, Business Growth: £149.99/year, and Custom Pro: £199.99/year. Please note, this does not include the separate annual domain name renewal fee.

Standard HTML/CSS Sites: Many sites, regardless of how they were built, are standard HTML/CSS output and are very easily moved.

A Note on Licenses: If your site uses a premium (paid) theme, plugin, or any AI-generated tools, please ensure you have the appropriate license for it.

What We Can't Migrate (SaaS Platforms)

Some platforms are "Software as a Service" (SaaS), which are closed, proprietary systems that cannot be migrated to a new host. These include:

If you're on one of these platforms, we can't transfer the site's underlying code. This is the 'walled garden' of the rental model; you are locked in.

How to Tell What Your Website Is Built With

Curious what technology your site (or even a competitor's) is running? Here are a couple of ways to find out.

Before we can start your project, we need to know what technology your existing site is built on and who it currently managed by. If we cannot proceed for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days.

Method 1: Quick

This is the fastest and most reliable method...

Open your browser and go to a "technology lookup" website like BuiltWith.com
Type in your website's address (e.g., yourdomain.com).
The tool will scan your site and show you a detailed report. Look for "Frameworks" eg Django, PHP, "Content Management System" eg Wordpress, "eCommerce" eg Wix Stores
This will clearly tell you if your site is built with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Joomla, or another popular platform.

Method 2: "Manual"

If you want to check manually, different platforms have unique "fingerprints"...

WordPress: This is the easiest one to check. Just go to your website's address and add /wp-admin to the end. Example: yourdomain.com/wp-admin If a WordPress login page loads, you have a WordPress site.
Shopify: On a desktop computer, right-click on your site and "View Page Source." Search the code (press Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) for myshopify.com. If you find it, your site is built on Shopify.
Wix: On a desktop, "View Page Source" and search for wix.com or wixstatic.com. These are clear signs of a Wix site.
Squarespace: On a desktop, "View Page Source" and search for squarespace.com or static.squarespace.com. This is the Squarespace platform.
IONOS Website Builder: This is often used by sites hosted on IONOS. On a desktop, "View Page Source" and search for code referencing ionos-builder or my.ionos.com/builder.
Find the Creator: While you're in the "View Source" code (usually near the top in the <head> section), you can often find comments or "meta" tags that tell you who built the site (e.g., <meta name="generator" content="Joomla!">).
